Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you take nude photos?
Yes. I get asked this question a lot. I will not take photos of your "koochie/va-jayjay/vagina area."
I will only take nudes that are tasteful and classy.
Do I have to be nude?
No! Not everyone gets nude. I would say the majority of clients want to be more seductive
than nude but I have no problem with nudity whatsoever.
Will there be a male on the set?
No! I am a female photographer and will not send a guy to take photos of you.
Do you take photos of men?
No! Not by themselves. I get many, many calls from men wanting
nude photos of themselves and my answer is always NO. I will not photograph men by themselves.
It's a safety issue for me. I will however photograph couples together but no men alone. Sorry guys.
When you take photos of couples, what are they like?
I get asked this question a lot! I will NOT take photos of couples having sex. Yes, I get asked this!
And my answer is NO! I take intimate, close photos of hugging, kissing, closeness, etc.
I want to portray the
love between a couple. It is not a porn session. And yes, I do
get asked a lot but my answer is always NO.
Will my photos be on the internet?
No! Unless you say "put this one on the internet" I will not show
any of your photos. The ones you see in the gallery are there because the client felt compelled to
show off because they were so proud of the photos. I will never show them to anyone or put them
on the internet unless you ask me to put them online. I'm always happy to add your photos to the
online gallery but I will need your permission.
Do you have other samples to show me?
No! Because all of these sessions are private, I cannot show off any other photos. What you see
in the gallery is what I have to show off. I'm sure you wouldn't want your photos being shown to
a prospective client so, sorry....I just don't have anymore to show off. I have considered hiring
a model to show the range of things I can shoot -- and I may end up doing that since so many
clients want to see more samples.
Where can I get my photos printed?
Well, the reason I give a disc with the session is because
you can print at your own discretion. Some clients prefer to just view the CD at home on their
own time. Some want to make their own prints on their home computer. Printing depends on your
comfort level of someone seeing the image. You can take the CD to Collier's in
Fayetteville for printing. There
are also some great places to have prints done over the internet.
Some clients rather pay
me to take care of this for them. I give the CD so you will have privacy.
How old do I need to be to do this kind of photoshoot?
18 & up. I will NOT photograph anyone in lingerie, sensual/sexy poses, or nude under 18.
It is against the law!!! Do not ask, do not try.
If I have any doubts about your age when you arrive, I will ask for your ID.
Do I need to be model thin?
No! I have photographed people as tiny as 90 lbs up to 400 lbs! Size
does not matter. You can be short or tall, skinny or curvacious! I specialize in curvier women! I
know how to make you appear smaller and I help you throughout the session by telling you what
is looking good, etc. I can guarantee that you will look FABULOUS!
Do I bring my own clothes?
Yes! I have some accessories, wigs, hats, gloves, some clothing....but I don't have a full
wardrobe. I suggest you bring as much as you can. We won't shoot all of it but you may
need the different style black pumps instead of the stilletos. Know what I mean? So I would
suggest bringing thongs, boy shorts, cutsie undies, bras, thigh highs, garters, corsets, shoes,
chokers/necklaces, other jewelry, etc. Bring along anything that has meaning. I have photographed
clients with guitars, stuffed animals, wine, things that have meaning, etc. It's your shoot - make it
special to you or to your loved one that you are modeling for!
Can I bring someone to my shoot?
Yes! Please do! If you don't want to bring someone, that is fine, too! I have a TV there that
they can watch or they can hang out in the waiting room. Just keep in mind that if you are not
100% comfortable with yourself, the other person in the room can either hinder or help
you during the shoot. It is totally up to you. I am cool either way!
How long does it take for me to get the disc?
Up to 4 weeks. I like to spend my time on each individual
photo, giving it all the attention it needs. I do not want to rush through a touch-up, so please
be patient when waiting on the final disc!
Can you help me with my hair?
I can do my best! I'll give it a shot! I have helped many in the past with their curling irons,
bobby pinning, etc.
Do you know what it is like to be in front of the camera?
Yes! I have 11 years of experience modeling for various photographers. I still continue to do
so as it is a constant reminder on how a client must feel and what she goes thru being
in front of the camera. Because I have posed so many times, I have a better understanding
and knowledge of posing, lighting, etc. I used to do nude figure modeling for drawing and
photography classes. I feel this has only made me a better boudoir photographer.
I have 10 years of experience behind the camera. You are welcome to look at a few images
that I have posed for. Look here!
